Ms. Rachelle is an important part of both my children's lives for the past 3 plus years being there for them and teaching them when I can't so I can support them and work at peace with the care they are getting. Royal my 5 year old has been cared for by Ms. Rachelle and Rising Star Preschool since she was 2 and before that Royal was in infant care and now my youngest Symphani is in her class and has been since she turned 2. Ms. Rachelle has helped me in potty training both my children in less than a months time as well as creating educational and fun projects to spark mine and the other children's creativity and making sure important areas of the brain are stimulated and they are kindergarten ready, she teaches them in mannerisms and respect as well as making sure they have healthy meals and snacks. Ms. Rachelle is a true blessing and an important part of the Rising Star staff.

My 2 year old son started going here a year ago he didn't talk at all, exactly a month after being at this pre school he wouldn't stop talking. My son loves going to school everyday he has established relationships with fellow students and teachers. My son is part time, he asked to go to school the days he doesnt go THAT means so much me. Thank you ladies for making my baby feel so comfortable.

I really like Rising Star because they are responsive, flexible, convenient, easygoing, and affordable. I can message staff and teachers and get a response very quickly. They serve full meals and snacks, which made it so easy for me. They also have longer hours compared to other preschools. The teachers are also very nice, can handle kids very well, and always have interesting activities for the kids. My son had a great time there!

My family was in a tough situation when COVID hit and both of us parents are essential workers with a 6 year old out of school and no family near to help. Sandra reached out immediately after my inquiry and provided care on short notice which was a blessing. She also worked with me on specific hours needed, a part time care option and payment plan. My son had great comments about Ms. Rachelle saying everyday was fantastic. She worked with him to keep up with school work on his laptop and he always came home with creative artwork they created. The staff are really attentive and genuinely caring people. The facility is spacious, clean, sunny and secure. If you are in the City Heights area I highly recommend checking out this little gem for your little ones.

my son has been going here for a little over a year now. the hours are flexible, the tuition cost is more than reasonable. the staff members are easy to deal with. my son loves going to school each day. they have a planned curriculum and i can honestly say my son has learned a lot since he's been there. my son has been potty trained since he has been here as well. they also do a great job of keeping the parents involved in all of the activities they have going on. i definitely recommend this preschool.

I absolutely cannot go on enough about this preschool. I am so lucky to have found a very loving, understanding and patience school. They have a curriculum and structure and my kids are learning everyday. Me and my kids are treated like family here and I wouldn't have it any other way! Definitely would recommend.
